Tabby · Pink Pixel LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Tabby, an iPhone app for weekly promises with friends, operated by Pink Pixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It describes what Tabby collects, why, who can see it, and what you can do about it. It is specific to Tabby and is not a substitute for the Pink Pixel LLC website Privacy Policy.
At a glance
- Tabby runs weekly pacts with friends, so it stores your account, your pacts, and your check-in photos on a server.
- Photos and captions are visible only to people in the same pact.
- No advertising. No tracking across other apps or websites. We never sell your data.
- Apple handles Tabby Pro payments. We never see your card details.
- Delete your account in the app at any time: Profile, then Delete account.
Who operates the app
Tabby is published by Pink Pixel LLC, which is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@pinkpixel.tech.

Who else handles your data
- Supabase: Stores your account, pacts, and photos, and sends sign-in emails. Location: European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
- RevenueCat: Records Tabby Pro purchases and subscription status. Location: United States.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, and push notification delivery. Location: Worldwide.
- TelemetryDeck: Anonymous counts of which app screens are used, for example how many people finish setup. No names, emails, photos, or captions. Location: European Union.
Each service processes data only to provide its part of Tabby. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the service’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long data is kept
Tabby keeps your data while your account exists. When you delete your account in Profile, then Delete account:
- Your check-in photos and treat proof photos are deleted.
- Your sign-in is deleted, so the account cannot be used again.
- Your device tokens, notification settings, and queued notifications are deleted.
- Your reactions and blocks are deleted.
- Your name in past pacts becomes “Former member”. Past check-in counts and captions stay, so your friends’ week history still adds up.
- Treats you owed are dropped. Treats owed to you stay under “Former member”.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Tabby Pro subscription. Cancel it in the iPhone Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Write to hello@pinkpixel.tech and we will answer within one month. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
We process your data because it is needed to provide the app you asked for: Tabby cannot run a pact without it. Anonymous usage counts rely on our legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the app work.
Children
Tabby is not meant for children under 13, or under 16 where local law requires it. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and it will be deleted.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy if Tabby’s practices change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
