Terms of Service

Pink Pixel LLC provides mobile applications, websites, and related digital services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms presented within a specific app or product.

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable platform rules, and all relevant laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account or device.

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of our products, or use our services in a way that harms other users or Pink Pixel LLC.

Some Pink Pixel LLC apps may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, free trials, or in-app purchases. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal periods, trial details, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase.

For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple's subscription cancellation process before the renewal date.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. Pink Pixel LLC does not control Apple billing, payment authorization, renewal processing, or refund decisions.

Pink Pixel LLC and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in our apps, websites, designs, code, branding, text, graphics, product concepts, and related materials, except for content you own or third-party materials used under license.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Pink Pixel LLC intellectual property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal or internal purposes as permitted by the product and applicable platform rules.

If a product allows you to submit content, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Pink Pixel LLC the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and operate that content as part of the service.

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow Pink Pixel LLC to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services at any time. We may also release new features, adjust product availability, or change pricing for future subscription periods where allowed by law and platform rules.

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or if continued access would expose Pink Pixel LLC to legal or security risk.

Termination does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions. You must manage subscription cancellation through Apple or the applicable marketplace.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Pixel LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Pixel LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Pink Pixel LLC's total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Pink Pixel LLC for the relevant service in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
