Is my journal private?
Yes. Doses, journal entries, photos, and lab records stay on your device. Transition Journal has no accounts, cloud sync, advertising, or health-data analytics. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do I export or delete my data?
Export JSON or CSV from Settings when you want a backup. To erase records on this device, use Delete all local data in Settings, or uninstall the app. Copies you already shared or saved outside the app are not removed.
How do I cancel Premium?
Premium is billed by Apple through your Apple ID. On iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Transition Journal there. Pink Pixel LLC cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Pink Pixel LLC does not process Apple billing or refund decisions.
Does this app give medical advice?
No. Transition Journal is a private recordkeeping diary. It does not provide medical advice, clinical interpretation, dose guidance, or emergency help. Discuss labs and treatment changes with a qualified clinician.
